CHARACTERISTICS
Appearance: dull straw yellow with greenish highlights.
Scent: soft and spicy, delicately fruity with grassy hints.
Flavour: dry, lively and tart, with hints of green apples; medium body with a slightly bitter aftertaste.
SERVING SUGGESTIONS
Goes well with all dishes, and is particularly satisfying with fish entrees and risottos.
Serve at 6-8 °C, open when ready to serve.
